Introduction
Our group focuses on all diet forms, specifically those which are animal based, low carb and unprocessed. Since this includes a variety of different sub diets we simply decided to group it under “primal diets”.
So whatever flavor you prefer, you can discuss it in our group and exchange experiences, ideas, recipes, etc. We are open minded and non dogmatic. You do not have to abide by any rules apart from common decency and newbies are welcome too.
